1. Who these terms cover

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of quefly.com (the "Site"), operated by Quefly Enterprises LLP ("Quefly", "we", "us"), a limited liability partnership registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India (LLPIN ACX-1059), with its registered office at Plot 1502, Madhusudha, First Floor, Hazari Lane, Purighat, Cuttack, Odisha 753009, India.

By using the Site you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

2. The Site is informational

The Site describes Quefly’s engineering services and company. Nothing on it constitutes professional, legal, or financial advice, and nothing on it creates a services contract. Engineering engagements are governed exclusively by the separate written agreements (such as a master services agreement and statements of work) signed between Quefly and the client.

2a. Quefly applications

Applications and online services operated by Quefly may present their own terms or a customer agreement within the product; where they do, those terms govern that product. Where a Quefly application presents no separate terms, these Terms apply to your use of it, read with our Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt it, probe or breach its security, scrape it at abusive volumes, or use it to transmit malicious code. Security researchers acting in good faith are welcome to report findings to security@quefly.com.

4. Intellectual property

The content of the Site — text, design, graphics, and the Quefly name and logo — belongs to Quefly and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Third-party names and logos shown on the Site (including technology marks such as AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, and the marks of platforms we have built for) are the property of their respective owners, are used for identification only, and do not imply endorsement.

5. No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". While we work to keep it accurate and online, we make no warranties — express or implied — about its availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose, and we may change or remove content at any time without notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quefly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party sites and loads certain third-party services (described in our Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Cuttack, Odisha, India.
